The project concerns the architectural design of a residence with an integrated working space in Nea Ionia.

The house is organized on three levels. The main entrance is located on the second level, which accommodates the primary living areas: the double-height living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The home office is also situated on this level, directly connected to the rest of the residence while maintaining a separate entrance to ensure the necessary professional privacy. The master bedroom occupies the upper level, accessed via a linear corridor that overlooks the living room below and leads to the terrace. The remaining bedrooms are located on the ground floor, accompanied by a small, independent living area. This level opens to the southern part of the plot with the pool, as well as to a smaller, private, enclosed courtyard to the north.

The large openings and façade geometry directly reference the architecture of the modern movement. The ground-floor façades, finished in white plaster, form a base for the main volume of the residence, which is expressed as a cube of exposed concrete.
