The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, overlooking the nearby forest park. The clients’ brief was to renovate the living space in an efficient way, in order to accommodate their four-member family needs. The idea was to create an open concept floor plan, along with an individual room for a private home office. Internal walls are removed, including the flooring, offering the opportunity for installation of new materials and elements. The cement coated fireplace, the grey floor tiling, the white brick walls in the bathrooms, the light blue details, the wooden elements in the kitchen and the custom designed furniture, give the apartment a contemporary and comfortable feeling.
