The apartment is located in Thrakomakedones, a northern suburb of Athens at the foothills of Mount Parnitha. The project involved the architectural interior refurbishment and conversion of the ground floor into an open-plan studio apartment.

The layout is organized across three levels, with spaces connected via small staircases. The living room and workspace are positioned near the main entrance, the kitchen opens to the yard with views of the pool, and the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom occupies a more private area. The only separations between these zones are glass partitions—semi- or fully transparent—to allow natural light to penetrate while providing privacy when needed. Materials such as oak wood, antique brick walls in various shades of red and white, black steel, and white plaster were selected to enhance the modern-industrial aesthetic, complemented by custom-made minimal furnishings.
