The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Lykovrysi, a northern suburb of Athens. The design transformed an empty flat, which had a small kitchen and a corner fireplace, into a contemporary and comfortable family home, including a workspace for two.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The fireplace was moved, and a new linear one defines the living room. Opposite the fireplace, a workspace is designed with a large custom-made bookshelf with a desk in front of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the kitchen, the wall that separated it from the living room was removed, and a new one was built to extend the space and accommodate storage units and a dining table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A black-framed internal window now connects the kitchen with the living room, enhancing the flow of natural light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The material palette combines mint-colored cabinetry, oak units, and black surfaces to add an industrial touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clean lines, industrial details, and the use of black is key design elements throughout the apartment. All furniture pieces were custom-designed to ensure functionality and optimal use of space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
