The project involved the architectural interior refurbishment and conversion of the ground floor into an open-plan studio apartment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/m-architects.gr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Th_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-672\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The layout is organized across three levels, with spaces connected via small staircases. The living room and workspace are positioned near the main entrance, the kitchen opens to the yard with views of the pool, and the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom occupies a more private area. The only separations between these zones are glass partitions\u2014semi- or fully transparent\u2014to allow natural light to penetrate while providing privacy when needed.
