The main entrance is located on the second level, which accommodates the primary living areas: the double-height living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The home office is also situated on this level, directly connected to the rest of the residence while maintaining a separate entrance to ensure the necessary professional privacy. The master bedroom occupies the upper level, accessed via a linear corridor that overlooks the living room below and leads to the terrace. The remaining bedrooms are located on the ground floor, accompanied by a small, independent living area.
